There are numerous benefits of castor oil. Castor oil is cold pressed from the
seeds of the Ricinus Communis. This flowering plant grows throughout tropical

acids. These acids offer various healthful benefits. Ricinoleic acid is the main
component of castor oil. It has anti-inflammatory properties. Oleic and linoleic
acids are both essential fatty acids. Oleic is an unsaturated, omega 9, fatty
acid and linoleic is an, omega 6, fatty acid. These two essential fatty acids
are necessary for good health. They are essential for body, biological,
functions. The body cannot produce them, itself. They must be found elsewhere.
