The fees of the exam are very important to consider. Usually, the fees vary depending on the month and year you are applying for filling your forms. For example; people applying between June of an even year and August of an odd year may have to pay a total fee of about $409. In case, you are applying between September of an odd year to June of an even year, the cost will be $309.

Qualification Criteria for Florida Exam:
Applicants must fulfill following necessary qualification as mentioned below:

4 years degree in construction specialty from an accredited college equivalent to 3 years experience should be possessed by an applicant. 1 year proven experience can be an additional advantage to the category.

1 year as a foreman and not less than 3 years of credits from any accredited college level courses is needed as well.

An active certified or registered Florida contractors?license is considered as well.
